Mady has now hit the 7 month mark. It is just going so fast! She's in a stage where she is learning new things and growing in so many ways and it's all happening so quickly.
One of the biggest things that Mady has started doing is getting up on her hands and knees and rocking back and forth. This is the precursor to actually crawling. We're so excited to see when she will actually progress from this to mobility. It's a little scary!
Mady is also starting to eat more. She completely refuses to eat regular baby food but will eat small bits of
regular food. Shh! Don't tell our doctor. We're working on getting her to eat as many vegetables as we can get her to eat. She will also eat rice, noodles, Cheerios (her favorite), sweet potato puffs, and bananas. In fact this morning, I told her to say banana and she replied "nana." That was a little freaky.Mady has also started making a new face. She likes to purse her lips and shake her head. I'm not quite sure what she means when she does this. But it makes me laugh every time.
I love seeing the new things she does every day. She loves to cuddle and give kisses. Especially to mommy! She's still a great sleeper and just an all around great baby. We're really so blessed!
